ElectraMet Sales Process
1) Discovery (2-3 calls) - The Discovery phase involves initial conversations where we understand your needs and determine how our solutions align with your requirements.
2) Onsite Iota System (1 day) - The Onsite Iota System pilot test allows us to evaluate real-time conditions at your facility, demonstrating the effectiveness of our system.
3) Pilot Proposal & Estimate (1 month) - After testing, we create a detailed plan and estimate for your pilot system, while you should review legal documents with your team.
4) Customer Agreement to Legal Documents (1 month) - Ensure all legal documents are finalized before proceeding with the pilot to avoid delays in your waste treatment improvements.
5) Pilot Shipped and Installed (1 month) - Once the pilot system is installed, it remains on-site and can be scaled as needed, adapting to your growing requirements.
6) Pilot Finishes (1 month) - After the pilot concludes, we review its performance with you and plan the next steps based on your feedback and needs.
7) Commercial Agreement (1 month) - Finalize the commercial agreement to initiate the full-scale implementation of the waste treatment solution.
8) Expansion of Pilot System (at the customer's discretion) - Expand the pilot system based on your treatment volume and concentration needs, or transition directly to the full system if the pilot is successful.
Discovery
The Discovery phase marks the beginning of our journey together. During this initial stage, our Sales team engages in conversations with you to gain a clear understanding of your needs and challenges. We delve into the specifics of the problem you're facing, including the types of contaminants and their concentrations in your water. Our goal is to align our offerings with your requirements accurately. This phase is crucial for laying the groundwork, but the next step involves testing our system directly on your site to gather precise data. This on-site testing will provide us with the comprehensive information needed to tailor our solution to your specific needs.
Onsite Iota System
The Onsite Iota System phase brings our solution directly to your location. Our portable Iota pilot system is designed to test real-time conditions at your facility. During this phase, an engineer and Sales Director will set up the system to process your water. You'll receive raw materials extracted during the test and treated water that meets your specifications. This test is pivotal in assessing how well our system performs in your specific environment. If successful, the next step is to discuss installing a permanent pilot system tailored to your needs.
Pilot Proposal & Estimate
Following the Onsite Iota System test, we use the insights gained to develop a comprehensive Pilot Proposal and Estimate. This document outlines how our system will address your specific needs and provides a detailed cost estimate. At this stage, it’s important for you to review any outstanding legal documents with your legal team. Ensuring these documents are ready will facilitate a smoother transition to the pilot phase, allowing us to focus on implementing the solution effectively.
Customer Agreement to Legal Documents
Before we can officially move forward with the pilot, all relevant legal documents outside of the commercial agreement need to be finalized. We understand that handling legal paperwork can be time-consuming, so we recommend addressing these documents early in our discussions. By doing so, you can avoid any potential delays when you’re ready to implement improvements to your waste treatment process. Our goal is to streamline this aspect to keep your project on track.
Pilot Shipped and Installed
The Pilot Shipped and Installed phase involves delivering and setting up a brand-new, commercially-ready pilot system at your facility. Unlike other systems, our modular pilot system is designed to stay on-site, allowing for gradual expansion as your confidence in the process and your needs grow. This approach ensures that your system evolves alongside your requirements, providing a flexible and scalable solution.
Pilot Finishes
At the conclusion of the pilot phase, we conduct a thorough review of the system's performance with you. We discuss what worked well and any areas for improvement. If you are satisfied with the results, we will collaboratively develop a plan to expand the system based on your specific needs and timeline. This phase is critical for ensuring that the solution is optimized for your operations and setting the stage for full-scale implementation.
Commercial Agreement
With a solid plan in place, the next step is to finalize the Commercial Agreement. This agreement formalizes our commitment to providing you with the waste treatment solution we’ve developed together. Once signed, we can proceed with implementing the full-scale system, marking the beginning of a transformative phase in your waste treatment operations.
Expansion of Pilot System
The Expansion of the Pilot System phase involves scaling up your solution based on the volume of waste you need to treat and the concentration of contaminants. Our expansion units are designed to match the size of the pilot skid, ensuring a seamless transition. Often, customers choose to jump straight to the full system if the pilot phase proves successful. This step ensures that your waste treatment process is effectively scaled to meet your operational requirements.
